and Conditions

AP GROUP is an exclusive, invitation-only network. Consequently:

• Membership is granted primarily through referrals and after a personalized interview.
• You warrant that all information provided during the application process is accurate. By applying, you authorize us to verify your professional background.
• Providing false or misleading information is a breach of our core value of Integrity and grounds for rejection or partnership termination. We reserve the absolute right to reject any application, if the profile does not suit the Group's network.
• Membership is personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual.

Your participation in AP GROUP is conditional upon adhering to our high standards of professional behavior. We enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding:

1. Respect & Inclusivity: We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior based on race, gender, religion, or background.
2. Integrity: Dishonest business practices, fraud, or misrepresentation among members are strictly prohibited.
3. Confidentiality: Sensitive discussions within the network are treated as confidential, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any violation of this Code will result in immediate removal from the network and any ongoing events without refund or recourse.

Free entry to AP GROUP events is strictly for members, volunteers, sponsors, speakers and approved, specifically invited by the Group, guests.

Any other participant must be in possession of a ticket purchased and presented at the event entrance. Each ticket is valid for one person.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event tickets are non-refundable.

In the process of registering for a Group event, participants are responsible and liable for submitting precise and complete information.
